ABOUT US

The View on High is the project of two long-time Central Ohio developers, Jerry Solove, a veteran apartment, shopping center, and office developer, and Mike Balakrishnan, a prominent student housing and childcare center developer. Together, they have more than 70 years experience in developing, acquiring, and managing commercial real estate assets.

Their company, JSDI Celmark, LTD creates solutions that satisfy the needs of communities, area residents, and property owners. The company focuses on creating buildings that will set precedence in high-end design. Often their work helps serve as catalysts for further economic development.

They are currently developing other View Properties, including The View on Fifth in the Grandview area of Columbus and The View on Cedar Park in Austin, TX.

WHAT FURNITURE IS INCLUDED?
Living room has comfy seating, occasional tables, entertainment stand, and flat-screen television. Most units have a dining table and chairs, and your bedroom features a queen-size bed, desk, office chair, and plenty of storage.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Bring accessories, bedding and bath linens, and any artwork or décor you’d like to make the place your own.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY RENT?
Your rent includes internet access, high speed wireless throughout the property, sewer, and trash pickup, as well as a designer furniture package. You will also have free access to all of our amenities, including a community lounge; courtyard with BBQ grills, fire pits, and seating and dining areas; and a fitness facility, meeting room, and study room.

HOW DO I PAY MY RENT?
Currently, you can pay with a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check. You can also pay online through a secure tenant portal. 

WHAT ABOUT PARKING?
Underground parking is available for a monthly fee.

The View on High is an upscale, mixed-use development, directly across from OSU. It features an ultra-modern Wendy’s and new luxury apartments at 2020 North High Street (between 18th and Woodruff Avenues).
